The Corporation is a legal entity registered in Ontario Canada with Certificate of Incorporation Number 002714166.

We operate as a profit making organization. Situated in 700 Burnhamthorpe Road West, Suite 4-109, Mississauga, Ontario, being the center and hub of our operations.

We have also built networks and affiliates with other organizations in the same field to reach the greater audience of youth in Canada, Ghana and the whole wide world with successes being chalked in these areas.

To access funding for purposes of building job training centers to create sustainable employment for the youth.

The organization structure responsible for this project with varying expertise in various fields’ comprises;

NAA A. GRANT (Ghana-Canadian)

Director in charge of Resource Mobilization. Equipped with diverse knowledge, she is a business oriented woman with over 25 years of experience in practical skill training and Development in the Health Sector in Canada, having worked with prestigious hospitals, retirement homes and community care. A certified fashion designer since 1993 by the National Vocational Training Institute of Ghana – West Africa and also knowledgeable in food handling in Ontario Canada.

Thomas Kwame Boateng (Ghana)

Accomplished Management Consultant and a Project Manager. He has 15 good years of experience in International Management Training and Development and specialises in Project Management, Contract Management, Procurement Management, Logistics and Transport Management inter-alia.
He has worked with several institutions in Africa including major energy players like Tanzania Electricity Supply Company Ltd, Ministry of Energy Tanzania among others.

Lanthi Nguyen(Canada)

A graduate from Seneca College Canada, whose supreme work experience spans over a decade with several reputable companies in Canada.
She commands a great influence in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, logistics and inventory Management, Computer applications inter-alia.
Her strong leadership and organisational ability make her a distinctive member in managing the affairs of the organisation.
Decision-making, problem solving, superb human relations, technical and teambuilding skills define her personality and character trait in the dispensation of her work.
Her understanding of business and application of business strategy to the growth and advancement of the organization is overwhelming.
Her multicultural upbringing in Vietnam and Canada has fulfilled her exemplary role as a global citizen in the affairs of the organisation, a shining star of international diplomacy and relations.
She plays a demonstrable and pivotal role in the diplomatic frontline of the organisation.

Linda Gagliardi(Canada)

A Senior Executive Secretary to the Organization with strong personality and business acumen, leadership ability, superb communication skills and work ethics. A graduate from Sheridan College Brampton, Ontario Canada.
Her reputable work experience spans over several years having occupied an Executive and Program Director roles for a major lnstitution in Canada, Lancys Seeds of Faith to mention but a few.
Her distinguished career and service to humanity over the years has amply qualified her for the current position she occupies.
Her sense of urgency, dedication to duty and commitment to service are some of her qualities invaluable to the success of the organization.
Very critical in thinking, astute Executive Secretary and People Centered.

Ilyas Khan(Canada) Project Manager – Business lntelligence

A holder of Master’s Degree in Computer Science and a certified Data Scientist and Architecture from the University of California ,USA.
A Project Manager in charge of managing all the IT related projects of the organization throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
His enviable and accomplished work experience spans over 10 years having worked with several reputable organizations like the Bank of America Chicago IL USA, Experian Credit Bureau USA, TD Bank inter-alia.
A vibrant team member of the organization with strong leadership ability.
His influential, interpersonal skills and strong personality in handling the affairs of the organization has placed him in a unique position to advance the cause of our existence.

Joseph R. EtrooSenior IT Engineer

A highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer with over 6 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT infrastructures. Proficient in a wide range of technologies, including network administration, cloud computing, cybersecurity, system integration, website design and development. Demonstrates exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and security. Having worked as IT Engineer in Government agencies and financial institutions in Ghana.
